Neighbourhood Wednesday

In the “Neighbourhood Wednesday”, we aim to create a small health community where aged 45 to 60+ can come together. Throughout the 2-hour meeting, we will enhance health awareness, engage in regular exercise, and facilitate relaxed interactions. This not only promotes connections within the community but also increases participants’ focus on and commitment to their own health. By sharing experiences and suggestions with one another, we aspire to build a supportive environment and encourage everyone to maintain their efforts towards achieving a better quality of life.
