Neighbourhood Wednesday:

​In the “Neighbourhood Wednesday”, we aim to create a small health community where aged 45 to 60+ can come together. Throughout the 2-hour meeting, we will enhance health awareness, engage in regular exercise, and facilitate relaxed interactions. This not only promotes connections within the community but also increases participants’ focus on and commitment to their own health. By sharing experiences and suggestions with one another, we aspire to build a supportive environment and encourage everyone to maintain their efforts towards achieving a better quality of life.

Sweat & Giggles Class: Enhancing Balance and Strength:

As we age, maintaining balance and strength is vital to preventing falls and maintaining independence. Our physiotherapy sessions focus on:

  • Balance Training: Techniques and exercises designed to improve stability and reduce the risk of falls.

  • Lower Limb Strengthening: Targeted exercises to enhance muscle strength in the legs, providing better support for daily activities and enhancing mobility.

With our dedicated physiotherapists, you will receive personalised care to help you regain confidence in your physical abilities.

Stretch & Chuckle Zone: Cultivating Strength and Flexibility:

Our Stretch & Chuckle Zone is not just about stretching; they offer a holistic approach to health by focusing on:
