Our services are available through a monthly or yearly subscription service fee, which covers the smart wristband, reward program, and health talks. Personalized programs may incur extra charges based on your requirements.

    Our customer support team is available to assist you during the following office hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed For any inquiries or assistance, please feel free to contact us during these hours. You can reach us via phone, email, or through our website’s contact form.
  • 3. What is the reward program, and how does it work?
    Our reward program is designed to encourage healthy habits, particularly maintaining a daily walking routine. By using your smart wristband to track your steps, you can earn rewards equivalent to 5-7% of your monthly service fee. These rewards can be redeemed at participating merchants and are our way of supporting your commitment to a healthier lifestyle.

    Our health talks are designed to provide valuable insights and tips to help you improve your overall well-being. We invite a variety of health professionals, including Physiotherapists, Pharmacists, and Nutritionists, to share their expertise. Topics covered will vary based on the professional's area of expertise and may include: Exercise and mobility tips from Physiotherapists. Medication management and health advice from Pharmacists. Nutrition and diet guidance from Nutritionists. The specific topics will depend on the professionals we invite, ensuring a wide range of health-related knowledge is shared with our customers. (It's subject to change)
  • 5. How do you collect my data?
    We collect general information such as your name, contact details, address, emergency contact information, and payment details (e.g., credit card information). Additionally, health data collected by the smart wristband is securely synced to the Archon Wellness Limited Cloud server. COL will only retrieve the data where get the consent from user for analysis and personalised recommendations purpose.
  • 6. Is there a warranty for the smart wristband?
    Yes, COL provides a 1-year warranty for the smart wristband, only covering manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues with the device due to defects, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
  • 7. What colors are available for the smart wristband?
    The smart wristband comes in black. If you'd like to change the look of your wristband, you can purchase additional bands in grey and purple colours.
  • 8. What is your refund policy?
    We recommend committing to our program for at least 12 months to observe meaningful changes in your health and well-being. If you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of the 12-month period, COL reserves the right to charge the remaining unused service fee to cover the full 12-month commitment.
