Direction for Use:
Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold).  Turn off the tap, and apply hand wash.  Lather your hands by rubbing them together with this hand soap.  Lather the backs of the hands, between fingers, and scrub the hands for at least 20 seconds.
