Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Circle of Life International Limited ("COL," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our health and wellness platform, including the purchase of our services, the use of our smart wristband, and participation in our programs. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
1.1 Health and Wellness Platform: COL provides a health and wellness platform that includes:

A smart wristband for daily health monitoring.

Monthly and/or yearly subscription services.

Data collection and analysis in collaboration with Archon Wellness Limited.

Monthly health reports (upon request).

Access to health talks and educational resources.

A reward program to encourage daily exercise and healthy habits.
1.2 Personalised Programs: COL may connect customers with third-party professionals for personalised health programs. COL acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the terms, outcomes, or liabilities of such programs.
1.3 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): COL sells merchandise to support seniors with mild cognitive impairment. After deducting costs and administrative expenses, the remaining proceeds are donated to support this cause. COL will collaborate with different local communities to support seniors with mild cognitive impairment, and the support is not limited to a single community.
2. Subscription Fees and Payment
2.1 Subscription Plans: Customers may choose between monthly or yearly subscription plans. Fees include:

Access to COL’s health and wellness platform.

Monthly health reports (if requested).
2.2 Payment: Payment is due at the beginning of each subscription period. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
2.3 Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or at COL’s sole discretion. COL will have the right to charge the remaining subscription service fees if customers cancel their subscription before the end of the 12-month period. This is because the yearly subscription secures a 12-month service, and we recommend a full year to observe meaningful health changes.
3. Smart Wristband and Data Collection
3.1 Device Provision: Customers will receive a smart wristband for daily health monitoring. The wristband is provided as part of the subscription fee.
3.2 Warranty: The smart wristband comes with a 1-year warranty from the date the customer starts using the service. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence.
3.3 Data Collection: The wristband collects health-related data, which is uploaded to Archon Wellness Limited’s Cloud Server. By using the wristband, you consent to the collection, storage, and analysis of your data.
3.4 Data Usage: COL will monitor your data with your consent. Data may be used to:

Provide personalised recommendations.

Improve our services.
3.5 Data Privacy: COL is committed to protecting your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal information.
4. Reward Program
4.1 Eligibility: Customers who maintain daily exercise habits may qualify for rewards under COL’s reward program.
4.2 E-Coupons: Rewards may include e-coupons provided by third-party merchants. The terms and conditions of these e-coupons are governed by the respective merchants, and COL is not liable for any issues arising from their use.
4.3 Terms of Rewards: Rewards are subject to change and may include discounts, merchandise, or other incentives. COL reserves the right to modify or terminate the reward program at any time.
5. Health Talks and Educational Resources
5.1 Access: Customers will have access to regular health talks and educational resources to promote healthy living.
5.2 Disclaimer: The information provided during health talks is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.
6. Personalised Programs and Third-Party Professionals
6.1 Referrals: COL may connect customers with third-party professionals for personalised health programs.
6.2 No Liability: COL is not responsible for the terms, outcomes, or liabilities of any agreements between customers and third-party professionals. Customers engage with professionals at their own risk.
7. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
7.1 Merchandise Sales: COL sells merchandise to support seniors with mild cognitive impairment.
7.2 Proceeds: After deducting costs and administrative expenses, the remaining proceeds are donated to support this cause. COL will collaborate with different local communities to provide support, and the initiative is not limited to a single community.
7.3 Transparency: COL will provide periodic updates on the allocation of CSR funds.
8. Customer Responsibilities
8.1 Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information when using COL’s services.
8.2 Device Care: Customers are responsible for the care and maintenance of the smart wristband. Loss or damage may result in additional charges.
8.3 Compliance: Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using COL’s services.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Warranty: COL provides services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data or recommendations.
9.2 Exclusion of Liability: COL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Termination
10.1 By Customer: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice. However, COL has the right to charges the remaining subscription fees until the end of the 12-month period, as the subscription secures a full year of service. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription.
10.2 By COL: COL reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any breach of these Terms.
11. Amendments
11.1 Changes to Terms: COL may update these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
